A door behind the museum leads to a red forest made from switches, levers, and relay stems. Every trunk has a small toggle at its base; every branch carries a green circuit trace that clicks on when distant weather changes direction. The forest is not natural, but it breathes in system states: active, dormant, misrouted, remembered. The artifact should read as a living control surface: red vertical switch-wood, green branching circuits, orange status pulses, drifting labels, and paths that appear only when two signals agree.
